• I agree that upon the scheduling of this service I will pay $75.00 and will receive no refund if cancelled. Or I will pay $150.00 for scheduling not done 60 days prior to wedding with no refund.
• I will pay $650.00 for photography services up to the cake cutting and recieve an album with 4x6 proofs, a digital CD, and copyright to negatives.
• I will pay an extra $150.00 if location photography is needed.
• I will pay an extra $250.00 if reception photography is needed.
• I will pay an extra $50.00 if travel is outside coverage area.
• I will notify “forever a moment” of any changes. I am responsible for ensuring that all individuals to be photographed are cooperative, present, and on time the day of wedding.
